Special Spin bike for jails MF-JBike
Technical Specifications
Heavy duty commercial spin bike for jails where nothing can be removed. Hardcore pedals installed with Morse taper. Seat post and handle bar post will not come off. Metal adjustment handles that lock the height of the seat and handle bar in place with a metal to metal contact. A hard plastic red handle adjusts the infinite magnetic resistance on the bike. Oversize steel frame with corrosion resistant paint, flat oval tube 100*50*2.5 mm thickness. Seat and handrail bar have back and forth adjustment to enable different user sizes.
• Bike weight: 48.5 kgs. Size: L 1190 W 590 H 100 mm. Console measures: speed, time, distance in km, RPM and pulse.
• For Jail setting , the bike is supplied with four metal brackets and anchors so it can be secured to the floor.
• Full frame and rear wheel are covered with ABS plastic shrouds. The rubberized handle bar has dual bottle holder capacity. Non of the adjustment knobs can be removed from the bike.
The MF-JBike is a heavy duty specially designed magnetic bike that is suitable for inmate use in correctional centres. For jail settings, we supply four metal brackets and concrete anchors so that the bike can be secured to the floor. The seat and handle posts will not come off and they can be locked in place at different heights with a metal to metal contact and a locking mechanism that is very secure. There is a red hard plastic handle to adjust the magnetic resistance. The MF-JBike is very smooth to ride as there is no friction on the internal components. The bike comes with a console that measures ; speed, time, distance in km, RPM and pulse. There is an internal sensor located near the flywheel that picks up a wireless signal and transmits it directly to the console for the console to provide all training parameters ; speed, time, distance, RPM and pulse.
The seat and handle bar have back and forth movement but for jails we cancel the back and forth movement of the seat with a permanent bolt.
